Energy Transition Minerals Announces Board Changes

Energy Transition Minerals Ltd. (ASX: ETM) has announced the resignation of non-executive director Mr Xiaolei Guo after eight years on the board. Mr Guo, who joined in 2017 as the nominee of Le Shan Shenghe Rare Earth Co. Ltd,  a subsidiary of Shenghe Resources Holding Co. Ltd, is stepping down following internal changes to Shenghe’s division of responsibilities.

Under a subscription deed signed in 2016, Le Shan retains the right to appoint a nominee to ETM’s board while holding at least 6.5% of the company’s shares. Effective today, Ms Gan Lu has been appointed as Shenghe’s new nominee representative director.

Ms Gan holds a Master of Laws from Vanderbilt University and has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. She joined Shenghe in 2021 as legal manager and became investment director in May 2025, overseeing strategic planning and investment management.

Managing director Daniel Mamadou thanked Mr Guo for his “insights and commitment” over the past eight years and welcomed Ms Gan, noting her strong legal expertise and strategic perspective.

ETM focuses on critical minerals exploration and development, with projects in Western Europe, North America, and Greenland, including the Kvanefjeld Rare Earths Project, Villasrubias lithium-tantalum project in Spain, and lithium projects in Quebec.
