Assay TV catches up with Sanu Gold’s (CSE: SANU) president and CEO, Martin Pawlitschek. Sanu Gold is focused on exploration in the Siguiri Basin in Guinea, targeting multi-million-oz gold discoveries across three high-quality projects: Bantabaye, Daina, and Diguifara.
Martin discusses some of the benefits of operating in the country, including its long history of mining bauxite and rich natural resources of gold, of which 500,000oz of the latter are produced each year. He explains that West Africa, and Guinea in particular, is a great region for junior explorers thanks to mining-friendly policies and high prospectivity.
