The Assay TV meets with Mark Brennan, CEO and Chairman of Cerrado Gold (TSXV: CERT), a Toronto-based gold production, development, and exploration company focused on gold projects in South America.
In February the company announced the acquisition of Ascendant Resources’ Lagoa Salgada VMS Project. The acquisition is an opportunity for Cerrado to add a world-class, low-cost asset with strong cash flow potential, as well as to support its longer-term development plans without compromising current operations.
In the coming weeks Cerrado aims to have the EIA approved at Lagoa Salgada, metallurgical testing will be completed around April, and in summer Cerrado anticipates an optimized feasibility study, with numbers superior than those to date.
