Assay TV sits down with Dr. Shane Ebert, President, CEO and Director of CANEX Metals (TSXV: CANX), to talk about the company’s flagship Gold Range Project located in Arizona – a top-tier mining jurisdiction. Soil and surface mapping at the project has defined five major zones along a 3.2km-long mineralized trend.
CANEX has just finished the third phase of its RC drilling programme on 48 holes, focusing on the Excelsior Zone in the east of the Gold Range Project. The zone that remains open has bulk tonnage potential, and high grades of 2.2 g/t Au over 24.4m have been intersected. Shane anticipates the company will target more holes for drilling while undergoing permitting and waiting for assay results for the remaining 28 drill holes.
