The Assay TV meets with Dave Peck, VP exploration and business development, Grid Metals Corp (TSXV: GRDM). The company is focused on exploration and development in southeastern Manitoba with three key projects in the Bird River area.
Dave tells us that in October, Grid both received exploration permits and commenced a maiden drill programme at the Eagle gabbro prospect, located within the company’s MM copper/nickel project.
Additionally, in December, Grid executed a definitive option and joint venture agreement with Teck Resources Limited, a leading Canadian resource company, to explore and develop the Makwa nickel project. Teck’s significant technical and operational know-how will be of immediate benefit to the project.
