The Assay TV speaks with Alex Langer, CEO, President & Director of Sierra Madre Gold & Silver, a precious metals development and exploration company focused on the Guitarra mine in the Temascaltepec mining district, Mexico.
Alex tells us that Sierra has now achieved full commercial production at its Guitarra Mine Complex. He explains that this will allow the company to share proper mining statistics; including revenues, costs, profits, and an all in sustaining cost (AISC) per ounce of silver during its quarterly and annual financials moving forward.
Since then, the company has hit record production numbers for the month of January 2025. The mine and processing plant continue to run at the current capacity of 500 wet metric tonnes per day. Weekly gold and silver concentrate deliveries continue.
