Company Overview

PolarX Limited (“PolarX” or “the Company”) is an ASX listed explorer and developer actively exploring its 80% to 100% owned Alaska Range Project (“Alaska Range” or “the Project”) in south-central Alaska which consists of the Stellar Project and the Caribou Dome Project. The Caribou Dome Project is a sedimentary copper deposit which has a JORC 2012-compliant resource of 2.8Mt @ 3.1% Cu. The maiden JORC (2012) Inferred Resource for the Zackly deposit within the Alaska Range Project is 3.4Mt @ 1.2% Cu, 2.0g/t Au and 14.0 g/t Ag for 91 Mlb copper, 213,000 oz gold and 1.5 Moz silver.

Investment & Project Highlights

  • Increased global JORC resources to 280 M lb copper and 213,000 oz gold
  • Consolidated and expanded land position to >240 km2 of highly prospective terrain
  • Alaska Range Project, 35km of mineralised strike 350km north‐east of Anchorage
  • Advanced, high‐grade copper and gold from surface, open resources along strike and at depth
  • Excellent infrastructure with road access ~6 hours from Anchorage 100km east of rail, power and Highway between Anchorage and Fairbanks, all year port at Seward
  • Environmental programs underway, over 40Moz Au mined to date and considered 6th most attractive investment destination (2015 Fraser Institute

Projects Overview

2018 Strategy

1. High-resolution heli-mag survey at Stellar to:
a. refine intrusion locations
b. aid structural interpretation, and
c. define targets for IP surveys
2. IP surveys at best porphyry copper targets, including Mars and Zackly SE
3. Drilling at high-grade Zackly Skarn to increase resource along-strike and down-dip (6,000m)
4. Drill testing of at least two porphyry Cu-Au targets and the Moonwalk gold target (4,000m)

Stellar Project 100% Owned

  • 182 contiguous State Mining Claims
  • Covers 11,784 hectares
  • Explored from 1981-1994 by several companies
  • Programs included surface sampling, trenching, geophysics and both core and reverse circulation drilling
  • Totaling approximately 12,000m in approximately 85 holes

Zackly Target

  • The maiden JORC (2012) Inferred Resource for the Zackly deposit within the Alaska Range Project is 3.4Mt @ 1.2% Cu, 2.0g/t Au and 14.0 g/t Ag for 91 Mlb copper, 213,000 oz gold and 1.5 Moz silver

The new Zackly inferred resource confirms:

  • The presence of Cu‐Au skarn  mineralisation and validates historical drilling
  • The style of mineralisation and geological setting is consistent with a larger system driven by Cu Au bearing porphyry intrusions
  • Immediate potential to extend the Zackly mineralisation along‐ strike and down‐dip

Other Exploration Targets

  • Jupiter (Porphry, Skarn) – 2km x 1km soil anomaly with up to 3,850ppm Cu, 0.78 g/t Au, no drilling, and very limited IP
  • The Mars Prospect (Porphry, Skarn) – located 6.4km west of Zackly, porphyry target with co‐incident Cu‐Au, IP
  • Gemini Prospect (Porphyry) – 5.2km north of Zackly, appears to be hosted primarily within volcanic rocks, high‐grade Cu in outcrop
  • Moonwalk Prospect (Tintina‐style Au) – surface gold over a large area, Nineteen soil samples collected from the main altered zone average 1.15 g/t Au over a 400 m by 700 m area
Caribou Dome Project

Caribou Dome

  • Earning 80% – An un-mined JORC resource open in all directions
  • 2.8Mt at 3.1% copper (0.5% lower‐cut) for 86,000t of contained Copper (JORC 2012)
  • 60% in the top 150m including 935,000t @ 4.4%
  • High grade, sediment‐hosted
  • Drill intersections over >800m strike‐length
  • Open in all directions
  • Structural re‐interpretation underway targeting additional tonnages

Senator Extensions

  • Earning 90% – a newly discovered 5x5km soil anomaly grading up to 12.1% copper in rock chips.
  • First discovered during 2016 extension program
  • Lies between Caribou-Dome and Zackly deposits.
  • Extensive gossans in a 5km long copper in soil anomaly.
  • Up to 12.1% Cu in surface rock chips.
  • No previous geophysics or drilling
