Terra Uranium Limited (ASX:T92) has appointed Alex Sunderland as strategic technical advisor of the company, helping to drive their US critical mineral strategy, providing strategic support as Terra develops funding pathways with the US Department of Defence (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE), and Exim initiatives. Mr Sunderland will also be providing input into the company’s downstream strategy, looking at collaboration opportunities across the US tech, academic, and clean energy industries.
Alex Sunderland has extensive contacts across military, government, and defence industries, having served as a decorated OEF army veteran. He also has significant experience across the US capital markets.
This announcement comes just after news of MP Materials securing a multibillion-dollar partnership with the US DoD, signifying the US’ drive for minerals independence.
