Endomines (Nasdaq: PAMPALO) has named Minna Karttunen as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective 2 February 2026. Karttunen will join the company’s management team and serve as secretary to the board of directors.
Karttunen brings 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. She joins Endomines from Basemark Oy, where she served as CFO, and has held executive roles in Finnish and international companies across technology, real estate, and steel sectors. Her background spans both publicly listed firms and private equity-owned growth companies.
