Osisko Metals (TSXV:OM) has announced that effective 13 June 2025, the company has been continued from British Columbia to Ontario, under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
As part of this transition to Ontario, the company has adopted new articles and by-laws, which replace the previous documents by the jurisdiction of British Columbia. Both the continuance and new governance documents were endorsed by shareholders during the annual and special meeting on 29 May 2025. The certificate of continuance and new articles and by-laws will be accessible on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca) under the company’s profile, as well as on Osisko Metals’ website.
