Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV: LG) has appointed Chris Donaldson, Josh Serfass and Bob McKnight as independent directors to serve on its board. The company began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Wednesday 13 April 2022.
John McConnell will remain on the board as a non-independent director, with Mr McConnell also taking the role of chair of the board. Paul Gray and Mike McInnis will continue to help guide the company as technical advisors. Brian Maher, who has stepped down from the board in order to have a proper balance of independent directors, will continue to serve Lahontan as its director of exploration.
