Lahontan Gold Corp. (TSXV: LG; OTCQB: LGCXF; FSE: Y2F) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$2M, aimed at accelerating exploration efforts across its flagship Santa Fe Mine and West Santa Fe Projects in Nevada.

The financing will see the issuance of up to 13.33 million units at C$0.15 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of a warrant, with full warrants exercisable at C$0.25 for a two-year term. Warrants may be subject to accelerated expiry if Lahontan’s share price trades at or above C$0.35 for ten consecutive days, beginning four months and one day post-issuance.

Use of Proceeds:

  • Exploration at Santa Fe Mine and West Santa Fe Projects
  • General working capital

The offering remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and applicable regulatory conditions. All securities will carry a four-month-plus-one-day hold period.

Lahontan continues to build momentum in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane trend, targeting near-term resource growth and development milestones.

Note: This offering is not available to U.S. persons and is not registered under U.S. securities laws.
