International Graphite Limited (ASX:IG6, FWB:H99) will be attending an upcoming US Critical Minerals Delegation on 15 September 2025 in Washington D.C. Coordinated by Australia Trade and Invest, on behalf of the Australian Government, the delegation will include meetings with various leads from US government agencies such as the Department of Defence, Department of Commerce, and Export-Import Bank of the US.

International Graphite is working to establish a leading position in the graphite supply chain, from raw material supply through to battery anode materials. The US imports the majority of their graphite and currently has a limited pipeline for domestic natural graphite, and so this opens a space for companies such as International Graphite to supplement the supply chain.

The company is also currently working to develop a network of integrated downstream processing operations, including through the facilities at Collie in Western Australia, and at Bitterfeld in Germany. These facilities will facilitate the integration of graphite concentrate production from the company’s 100% owned Springdale mine in Western Australia to the markets.

In terms of additional project updates, construction for the new commercial micronizing facility at Collie are underway, including land access negotiations, plant and facility design, development approvals, and utility infrastructure works.
