Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) has put out their quarterly activities report, highlighting several key areas of development for the company including in low-carbon cement development, pittong operations, and general corporate updates.
Low Carbon Cement Development
Green360 Technologies has continued to develop and produce low-cost, low-carbon alternatives to Portland cement, creating a cost-competitive and high-performing product with lower emissions. The company has a joint venture with PERMAcast, who they are working with to bring this low-carbon cement to market. The focus so far has been on optimizing and testing different formulations, validating the cement formulations in concrete products, and then on scaling up production and delivery.
The company announced that they have also successfully commissioned Stage 1 of their Low-Carbon Concrete Demonstration Plant upgrades, which is a key milestone needed to be able to produce consistent, commercial-ready concrete products made with the company’s low-carbon cement.
Engineering design for Stage 2 of the plant has also been completed, and the company is moving forward with plans to commission Stage 2 in Q2 2025.
Further to this development work on the low-carbon cement production, PERMAcast has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with wind development company, Wind with Purpose Pty Ltd., pertaining to the supply of low-carbon concrete products. The company expects that this MoU will mark a significant step in demonstrating the viability of their product in large-scale infrastructure.
Pittong Operations
Green360 Technologies has continued to focus on process improvements and product development at its 100%-owned Pittong Operation, located in Victoria, 40km west of Ballarat. The Pittong processing plant has a nameplate capacity of ~60,000 tones per annum, and, combined with the Trawalla mine, is supported by over 18Mt of inferred and indicated JORC-compliant kaolin resources.

The company also announced that as of 18 March 2025, and with shareholder approval, they have changed their name and ASX code to Green260 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3).
