Goliath Resources Limited (TSXV: GOT) has announced strong gold intercepts from its ongoing 2025 drill programme at the Surebet discovery on its 100%-owned Golddigger Property in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.
Drill hole GD-25-317 returned 11.00 g/t gold over 4.85m within the high-grade Bonanza Zone. The interval is part of a broader zone grading 3.17g/t gold over 18.73m, including 5.10g/t gold over 11m. The hole also intersected the Surebet Zone, yielding 3.64g/t gold over 9.40m, including 6.02g/t gold over 5.50m.
Nearby hole GD-25-302 intersected 2.26g/t gold over 19m, including 6.28g/t gold over 6m and 8.88g/t gold over 4m. An additional interval from the same hole returned 1.59 g/t gold over 16m, including 3.44g/t gold over 6m. This hole extends the Bonanza Zone footprint approximately 150m to the south.
So far, 25,000m of drilling have been completed in a fully funded 60,000m programme. Goliath reports a 100% hit rate, with all holes intersecting quartz-sulphide mineralization and 94% containing visible gold. Nine drill rigs are currently active, with the full programme expected to be completed in the next two months.
Goliath CEO Roger Rosmus stated the results underscore the high-grade potential of the Surebet discovery and reinforce confidence in the scale and continuity of the mineralized system. He noted the exceptional grades and visible gold content as strong indicators of the project’s value.
The Bonanza and Surebet Zones remain open in multiple directions. These new intercepts build on earlier high-grade results, including a previously reported intercept of 34.52g/t gold equivalent over 39m, with 132.93g/t gold equivalent over 10m.
With a fully funded and accelerated programme, Goliath continues to advance what it calls the most ambitious drilling season in the company’s history, aiming to define the scale of its high-grade, gold-rich vein systems in one of Canada’s premier exploration regions.
