Goliath Resources (TSXV: GOT) has reported a new batch of high-grade gold results from its fully funded 2026 drill programme at the Surebet Discovery on the Golddigger Property in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, with the system remaining open laterally and at depth.

The standout result came from hole GD-26-436, which returned 7.38g/t gold equivalent (AuEq) over 35.7m, including 19.51g/t AuEq over 8.32m. The broad near-surface intercept contained multiple high-grade subintervals, visible gold, native silver, and sulphide mineralization hosted within quartz-sulphide stockwork and breccia.

The latest drilling continues to demonstrate the continuity of the Surebet Zone, supporting previously reported high-grade intercepts within an area measuring approximately 120m by 50m. Historical highlights from the zone include 21.08g/t AuEq over 23m, 14.68g/t AuEq over 26.89m, and 14.01g/t AuEq over 6.09m.

Additional results from hole GD-26-426 intersected two mineralized splays of the Surebet Zone, returning 5.18g/t gold over 4.50m and 7.85g/t gold over 3.00m within broader mineralized intervals. AuEq assays for these intercepts are still pending.

Elsewhere, hole GD-26-431 targeted the Eldorado Zone and returned 5.83g/t gold over 5.95m, including 11.42g/t gold over 2.90m, within a wider interval grading 3.07g/t gold over 11.90m.

The company also reported updated AuEq results for hole GD-26-414, which intersected 1.92g/t AuEq over 16.45m, including several higher-grade intervals.

Founder and CEO Roger Rosmus commented: “Here we go again, Surebet just keeps passing the test we set out with in the 2026 drilling season. We wanted to step out aggressively to see if Surebet can keep delivering high-grade gold with large step outs. Instead of cutting anything off, the overall system just keeps getting bigger and bigger as we test it with aggressive step out holes. Of particular note, in this news release we are delighted to report some significant widths and grades from multiple holes. I have never seen a high-grade gold system that keeps delivering such remarkable high-grade gold with such a large footprint. Our team is firing on all cylinders, Surebet is passing every test and we are eager to see additional drilling results that keep showing Surebet is one of the most important high-grade gold discovery in the Golden Triangle in many years.”

Visible gold has now been identified in 33 of the 52 holes completed during the 2026 programme. Goliath noted that every hole drilled so far this year has intersected quartz-sulphide mineralization typically associated with high-grade gold.

A total of 52 of the planned 98 drill holes have been completed, representing 31,994m of drilling. The ongoing 50,000m programme is being carried out with seven drill rigs and is focused on expanding the footprint of the Surebet, Golden Gate, and Bonanza zones, while directional drilling techniques are being used to improve targeting efficiency and reduce costs.
