Goliath Resources’ (TSXV: GOT) 2026 drilling continues to deliver high-grade gold intercepts, expanding the footprint of its Surebet discovery in the Golden Triangle, B.C., with assays confirming strong mineralisation and zones remaining open.
- Assay results from the 2026 drill program confirm expansion of the Bonanza and Golden Gate Zones, which remain open in multiple directions.
- Drill hole GD-26-417 expanded the zones by 540 meters southwest, with potential up to 750 meters pending further assays.
- Drill hole GD-26-418 expanded the Bonanza Zone 100 meters north, with assays showing 8.09 g/t AuEq over 16m, including very high-grade intercepts (up to 74.67 g/t AuEq over 1.10m) with visible gold.
- Drill hole GD-26-425 expanded the Bonanza Zone 100 meters west, with assays of 1.11 g/t Au over 17.20m, including higher-grade intervals.
- A newly discovered mineralised zone was intersected, extending 58m grading 0.52 g/t Au, adding further potential between Bonanza & Golden Gate.
- Overall, visible gold (VG-NE) was identified in 20 of 35 holes drilled so far in 2026, confirming consistency of mineralisation.
- The 2026 drill program is fully funded, targeting 50,000 meters with 7 rigs, aiming to expand mineralisation laterally and at depth.
