Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (CSE: GCC | OTC: GCCFF) has announced two non-brokered private placements totaling up to C$2.69M to fund its 2025 exploration programme and provide general working capital. The first offering, conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption, is expected to raise between C$1.3M and C$1.69M, while the second aims for an additional C$1M. Both offerings include units composed of one common share and a half warrant, with escalating exercise prices over a three-year period.
