Fortuna Mining Corp. (TSX:FVI; NYSE:FSM) has reported production results from its three operating mines in both West Africa and Latin America from Q2 2025. Gold production from ongoing operations has gone up to 61,736oz compared to 56,000oz Au reported in Q2 2024 and 58,820oz Au in Q1 2025. Gold equivalent production is relatively steady at 71,229oz compared to 71,368 gold equivalent ounces (GEO) in Q2 2024 and 70,386 GEO in Q1 2025.
Séguéla Mine, Côte d’Ivoire
Mine production for Q2 2025 at Séguéla totalled 340,436 tonnes, averaging 3.3g/t Au. With regards to process, Séguéla produced 38,186oz Au at an average head grade of 3.0g/t Au. To date, Séguéla has produced a total of 76,686oz Au in the first half of 2025, which is in line with the upper end of Fortuna’s annual production guidance.
Lindero Mine, Argentina
Mining in Q2 2025 has aligned well with the team’s mine plan, having mined 1.32Mt of ore with an efficient strip ratio of 2.3:1. 1.83Mt of ore were placed on the leach pad, which is a 4% increase from Q1 2025, with an average head grade of 0.57g/t Au containing around 33,219oz of gold.
In terms of processing, Lindero produced 23,550 in Q2 2025, including 21,153 ounces in doré bars, 1,214 ounces in rich fine carbon, 72 ounces in copper precipitate, and 1,111 ounces in precipitated sludge. There was a 16% increase in production from Q1 2025, driven by a 4% higher gold grade, 4% more ore placed on the pad, and recovery of non-leached inventory from the previous quarter.
Caylloma Mine, Peru
Mine production totalled 136,078t of ore in Q2 2025. 75% was mined from the Animas vein by overhand cut and fill while the other 25% was mined primarily through sub-level stoping from the Cimoide ASNE vein.
With regards to processing, Caylloma produced 240,621 ounces of silver, with an average head grade of 64g/t Ag, which is consistent with production from Q1 2025.
