Newcore Gold Ltd. (TSXV: NCAU | OTCQX: NCAUF) has completed its C$15M bought deal financing, strengthening its balance sheet as it continues to advance the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana.
The company issued 28.31 million common shares at C$0.53 per share, raising total gross proceeds of approximately C$15.0M. Following the placement, Newcore has approximately 312.7 million shares outstanding, with management and the board collectively holding around 12%.
Proceeds from the financing will be used to fund continued exploration and development activities at Enchi Gold Project, as well as general working capital requirements.
Newcore continues to advance Enchi Gold Project through active drilling and technical work programs, with the strengthened funding position supporting ongoing resource growth and development planning.
