Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (CSE: GCC | OTC: GCCFF | FSE: 3TZ) has secured a new camp location and continues to advance drilling at its Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine Property in central British Columbia.
The company has signed a purchase agreement for a 5.36‑acre property in Hixon, providing a dedicated base to support ongoing exploration activities. The site offers direct access to Highway 97, enhancing logistics for year‑round operations. The acquisition totals C$300,000, with a C$50,000 deposit paid and the balance due by 30 October 2026. The deposit enables early access to the property ahead of final settlement.
Golden Cariboo plans to establish a mobile camp facility at the site, which will support drilling and exploration programs across the nearby project area.
On the exploration front, drill hole QGQ26‑30 has been completed to a depth of approximately 402m, targeting the western margin of the Halo Zone. The hole intersected favourably altered volcanics and extended mineralised potential roughly 235m west of the collar location. Core logging is currently underway.
Drilling has also commenced on QGQ26‑31, located approximately 70m north of the previous hole, continuing efforts to define the western extent of the Halo Zone.
Golden Cariboo continues to progress drilling and exploration activities as it works toward expanding the footprint and improving the understanding of the broader mineralised system.
