Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq:CRML) announced that it has formed an advisory board to advise their board of directors as well as their management teams as the company continues to develop its portfolio of critical minerals projects. Included on the advisory board are Christian Aramayo and Mathew August.
Christian Aramayo has over 20 years’ experience in international mining, both on the corporate and investment side. His role on the advisory board will be to focus on providing consultation for project development.
Mathew August has over 15 years’ experience in long-term investing, advising, and growing businesses across the defence, technology, and natural resources sectors. He will focus on US capital markets and department of defence relations support for Critical Metals Corp.
