Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF, Frankfurt:C1Z) announced significant progress at its wholly owned Angel Island Lithium Project in Nevada. The project has been included in the US federal FAST-41 Transparency Dashboard, a designation that streamlines the permitting process and highlights the project’s strategic importance to the domestic critical minerals supply chain.
The company has completed and submitted all required baseline environmental studies to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), covering biological, cultural, water, and land use resources. These studies are a key prerequisite for entering the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting phase and will support the upcoming submission of the project’s Plan of Operations.
In August 2025, Century Lithium also closed a C$4.7 million LIFE offering to fund an updated feasibility study and ongoing permitting efforts. The updated study will incorporate the latest project data and process optimizations, providing the technical foundation for NEPA review.
With FAST-41 designation, completed baseline studies, and secured funding, Century Lithium has significantly de-risked Angel Island. The company is now focused on advancing permitting and attracting strategic investors, offtake partners, and potential government funding to support the project’s development.
Bill Willoughby, CEO of Century Lithium commented, “Angel Island’s addition to the FAST-41 Transparency program is a significant milestone for Century Lithium. It signals strong federal interest in advancing secure domestic lithium supply and provides greater permitting certainty to our stakeholders and future project partners.”
