Galantas Gold Corporation is a public company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, London’s AIM market, and the OTCQX market in the U.S.
Galantas owns and operates a producing open-pit gold mine near Omagh, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The mine also produces by-product silver and lead. A metals concentrate is produced by safe, non-toxic processing and sold under contract. Following the granting of planning permission, the company continues to mine underground with around 2km of underground development completed so far. Development on-vein produces feed for the processing plant. Results from the current drilling programme are encouraging with vein targets planned to extend and upgrade the resource.
