Company Overview

M2 Cobalt has a huge asset base in Uganda, East Africa comprising approx. 1,600km2 of land highly prospective for cobalt and associated minerals (Cu, Ni and Au). These assets surround former high quality production and/or share the same geological footprint as neighbouring DRC (estimated to produce 65% of global cobalt supply). The Company recently launched a large scale work program across its assets and has already discovered several large-scale cobalt anomalies.
Uganda has a stable Government, a legal system based on British law and a transparent Mining Code. It is looking to attract foreign investment. Further, it is free from child labor and conflict mineral issues, which beset the DRC and are a major concern for key end-users. M2 Cobalt has a world-class team with significant expertise in raising capital to identify and advance resource projects globally. It also has a strong technical team including a team of industry professionals based in Uganda with strong business and operational relationships.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

BUJAGALI PROJECT – CURRENT WORK PROGRAM

  • Extensive ground exploration program launched at Bujagali in Feb, 2017
  • In-depth geochemistry and geophysics
  • Crews are currently working on 3rd out of 5 Licenses.
  • Results to date:
    • 2 Large-scale anomalies already discovered
    • Up to 1.24% Co, 0.4% Cu, 0.15% Ni
  • As a result trenching has already commenced on these targets
  • Drilling to follow on targets as rest of program continues
  • Targeting initial resource numbers

Bombo Discovery – Large Scale Anomaly

  • Large-scale Nickel / Cobalt / Copper anomaly
  • Discovery validated by geochem / geophysics
  • Indicative of Ultramafic Host Rocks
  • Anomalous soils:
    >>13 samples > 101 ppm Ni (13 of 0.1% – 0.16), 86 samples > 100 ppm Co (8 of 206-416 ppm Co)
  • Rock grab samples:
    >>Up to 0.65 Co, 0.4% Cu, 0.15% Ni

The Waragi Target: Up To 1.24% Cobalt

  • Large-scale Cobalt / Copper anomaly
  • Anomalous soils:
    >>56 samples > 100 ppm Co (6 of 212-626 ppm Co)37 samples > 100 ppm Cu (7 of 160-547 ppm Co)
  • Indicative of Ultramafic Host Rocks
  • Rock grab samples (hydrothermal breccias / altered meta-sediments):
    >>Up to 1.24% Co, 0.4% Cu

KILEMBE AREA PROPERTIES

  • 2 Licenses (193km2 ) < 25kms North and South of Historic Kilembe Mine
  • Area around historic Kilembe mine with similar geologic features ranked for Co-Cu as the #1 exploration target in Uganda (GTK)
  • VMS-type Deposit at Kielmbe Mine: ore assays – 2.20% Cu, 0.25% Co, 0.36% Ni (GTK, 2011)
If there is one VMS style deposit, typically there will be more in the neighbourhood
  • The success of the Historic Kilembe Mine demonstrates the high potential of surrounding concessions
  • Targeting discovery of additional World Class Co-Cu deposits

On Trend With Proven Cobalt Producer

  • Historic Kilembe Mine produced 16 million tons of ore grading approx. 2% copper and approx. 0.17% cobalt
  • Falconbridge operated Kilembe Mine between 1956 and 1977, they estimated (1979): 4.1 Mt grading 1.77% Cu measured and indicated remaining

Geotech Limited High-resolution Geophysical Survey

  • Heli-borne airborne geophysical survey – VTEM™ B-Field and Horizontal Magnetic Gradiometer Geophysical Surveys.
  • Initial Phase of Work: Fly ~200 sq km in Kasese District on two M2 exploration licenses. 100m line spacing, 2943 line kms planned.
  • Technology / survey design specifically chosen due to previous success in discovering buried VMS style deposits
  • Once discovered these deposits have potential to be quickly advanced
  • Current program > 80% complete
  • Several anomalies have been identified
